Adopting a healthy lifestyle can be hard to do with all of the temptations to do otherwise. Involving a whole community in healthy lifestyle education and activities helps increase the odds for individuals to achieve success. As these outreach projects help participants to live healthier lifestyles, they help families and the whole community grow stronger.
